Church of God Periodicals

The Church of God has published numerous periodicals since D.S. Warner created the Herald of Gospel Freedom in 1878. This title became the The Gospel Trumpet, which ran from 1881 to 1996 and later became Vital Christianity and then OneVoice. Many of the Church of God periodicals described here are offshoots or versions of The Gospel Trumpet in other languages. 

The Church of God has also published several periodicals aimed at children and youth, including Shining Light, Our Little Folks, Reach, and Boy's and Girl's Comrade. These educational periodicals became a substantial part of the church's publishing operations.
